After uploading your BOM, your browser should attempt to open up or download the annotated version as soon as the activity spinner stops. If it doesn't, please check that pop-up blockers of all sorts are disabled for this site.
If your browser automatically downloads the file, you can expect to find it in your browser's default Downloads directory.
